ZSALTT products are guaranteed against quality and manufacturing problems. You have 5 calendar days from the receipt of your product to make any clarification. In this case you should do the following:
- Notify the mail email@example.com of the eventuality detected in your product. You must send your scanned purchase receipt, description and photographs of the problem.
- Our quality team will check your mail within a period of no more than 48 business hours. We will analyze the problem and we will contact you to offer you a solution. The reported problem should be related exclusively to quality or manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be applied in case there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the product.
- ZSALTT will cover all the additional shipment fees needed to send you the new item.
- In case the warranty has been approved, you will receive a new substitute product at no cost at the same address where the first order was placed.
Note: ZSALTT will take pictures of the product immediately before being sent by the parcel provider. This will serve as evidence to ensure that the product was reviewed and shipped based on our quality standards.
